β€’ Focus on the sale of capital equipment in aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas β€’ Primary responsibilities include introducing practices to Hydrafacial, demonstrating technology, generating leads, responding quickly to inquiries, maintaining a pipeline, and transitioning clients to specialists β€’ Key role requires travel and strategic selling

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or GED required β€’ 3+ years in medical device sales and/or account management β€’ Ability to provide specific examples of Capital sales/Device success β€’ Experience selling into the aesthetics (cash-pay) market -dermatology/plastic surgery or high-end resort spas β€’ Ability to overcome objections and potential competitive conversations β€’ Experience being assigned and ability to show over achievement of sales quotas and/or MBOs β€’ Ability to strategically upsell and forecast β€’ Understand sales cycles and financing strategies through third-party lenders β€’ Experience executing specific examples of closing sales based on ROI β€’ Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
