Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. β€’ Proven experience in technical selling, with a track record of successful engagements and conversions. β€’ Strong background in Research and Development, providing a deep understanding of technical aspects. β€’ Familiarity with sales funnel management and a metrics-driven approach to evaluate and improve performance. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Strategic thinking, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a matrix organizational structure. β€’ Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting to team leaders.
