Description

• AG1 is hiring a Manager, Health & Wellness Sales to drive brand partnerships with various organizations. • Responsible for developing a sales pipeline and closing deals with small businesses. • Manage and grow relationships with key client accounts to drive sales and revenue growth. • Requires a deep understanding of partner needs, strong relationship-building skills, and problem-solving capabilities. • Collaborate with internal teams and conduct market analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high volume B2B sales in CPG, Pharma, Healthcare, Technology, or Wellness industries. • 2+ years of experience in sales with demonstrated ability to reach and surpass targets. • Demonstrated experience generating revenue via outbound prospecting (i.e. email and phone). • Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM); experience with Shopify B2B and Salesloft is a plus. • Experience selling to doctors and health care practitioners is a plus. • Experience serving as a trusted advisor for clients and a passion for supporting client needs with urgency and creativity. • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organization, project management and time management skills, and ability to take initiative. • Excellent presentation, discovery, and communication skills. • Accurate forecasting of future seasonal revenue. • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency. • Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence. • Strong adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. • A growth mindset and openness to feedback. • A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies!
