Description

• Conduct strategic outbound outreach via phone, SMS, and email to key partners • Coordinate activities for value-based pilot programs for Key Accounts • Lead virtual presentations and training webinars for partners • Provide responsive support and solutions to partner escalations • Collect partner feedback to enhance the partner experience • Process new patient referrals and create or update new patient accounts • Learn and utilize new technology to optimize processes • Contribute to the team training guides and process documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client success, business development, sales, marketing, or program/operations role with a client or partner • Demonstrated success in executing campaigns to achieve business goals • Experience leading trainings, webinars, or giving presentations in a virtual environment • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau or similar software • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a high-growth environment • High level of organizational and time management skills
