• Shape product vision and strategy for business deposits at BECU. • Develop and oversee the business deposit vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Guide critical decisions within complex capabilities. • Assess member feedback on products and services. • Collaborate with Marketing to identify growth opportunities. • Lead the development of product and pricing recommendations. • Provide competitive insights for product enhancements. • Manage product financials including P&L and budget reporting. • Mentor teams and foster a culture of growth through training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in technology, business, or related discipline required. • Minimum 8 years of product management experience, including business deposits experience. • Minimum 5 years of people leader experience. • Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. • Experience leading cross functional teams. • Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships. • Experience with federal laws, rules, regulations impacting financial institutions industry. • Experience with Product P&L, member value, and return on investment/return on assets drivers. • Advanced degree preferred (desired qualification). • Ability to identify business/customer needs, overcome barriers, and formulate solutions.
