• As the Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) at BECU, you will be instrumental in transforming data into powerful insights that drive business decisions. • You will partner with various teams across the organization to build and support Business Intelligence (BI) and Advanced Analytics solutions, ensuring our data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. • Through your expertise, you will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, helping shape data-driven strategies that enhance BECU's impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, IT, Business, or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in data management solutions, with demonstrated expertise as a Business Intelligence Power User and Data Consumer, and as a liaison delivering strategic and operational solutions to technical teams. • Comprehensive experience in supporting the full data life cycle, including development, modeling, and data manipulation, with intermediate knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, Python, Alteryx, and tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Proficiency in Cloud Computing and data architecture, including familiarity with Azure, DataOps, JIRA, and Agile development tools. • Strong ability to plan, organize, schedule, and execute projects using established project management methodologies.
