• Shape the future of business credit card products. • Drive initiatives to enhance member engagement. • Develop and oversee vision, strategy, and roadmap for products. • Provide thought leadership on competitive trends. • Gather and evaluate feedback on products. • Collaborate with Marketing to identify market opportunities. • Lead product and pricing strategy creation. • Ensure seamless product delivery research and development. • Define and monitor success metrics. • Identify and engage with industry partners. • Oversee product financials and budget management. • Mentor and guide teams across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in tech, business, or related field. • 10 years of relevant product experience, including business credit card experience. • Advanced degree preferred. • 5 years of people leadership experience. • Experience overseeing the product development lifecycle. • Ability to identify business and customer needs. • Experience leading cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of federal laws impacting financial institutions. • Understanding of product P&L and member value. • Experience managing vendor relationships.
