Description

• Lead a product management team for Benevity’s Finance Platform. • Define platform vision and strategy aligned with company goals. • Develop product roadmaps aligning with market trends. • Identify new opportunities for innovation and revenue growth. • Mentor and grow a team of product managers and operations personnel. • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team. • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ensure platform requirements are met. • Act as the primary contact between the platform team and key stakeholders. • Conduct customer research to ensure the platform meets market needs. • Utilize data to inform decisions and measure performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred). • 8 -10+ years of product management experience , with 3-5 years in a leadership role. • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS FinTech environment with direct experience shaping and leading a product vision for a financial platform. • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in building SaaS products in financial services and FinTech space. • Proven track record of developing, evangelizing, and executing winning product strategies with quantifiable results for SaaS platforms. • Understanding of financial rails and delivering products that manage financial transactions. • Proven track record of successfully building and leading product teams and delivering products to market. • Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Strong P&L management experience translating financial metrics into operational actions.
