Requirements

• Advanced degree in healthcare, business, computer science, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities. • Deep understanding of AI technologies, including NLP, ML, and LLMs. • Proven track record in developing and launching AI-driven products, preferably in healthcare. • Knowledge in healthcare industry AI adoption trends. • Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting market research and data analysis. • Experience in project management, financial modeling, and ROI analysis. • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing production-ready AI models. • Familiarity with healthcare data sets and data interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR). • Passion for improving patient outcomes through AI-driven solutions. • MBA or PhD in a related field (preferred). • Experience with healthcare data analytics and data-intensive, enterprise-level applications (preferred). • Knowledge of value-based care (VBC) models and reimbursement strategies (preferred). • Publications or presentations related to the use of LLMs in healthcare (preferred). • Familiarity with AI modeling tools such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML or any other modeling tools (preferred).
