• Shape the digital experience for thousands of members on BECU.org. • Ensure the website reflects the brand and serves as an engaging platform. • Oversee design, functionality, and content, collaborating with internal and external teams. • Enhance user experience through A/B testing and user feedback analysis. • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and manage Sitecore CMS strategy. • Monitor trends in web design and digital marketing for strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or IT, or equivalent work or educational experience. • Minimum 7 years of experience in website development or production. • Experience with Sitecore CMS. • Experience with Tag Management Systems (TMS), including Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM). • Ability to set goals and manage the research, planning and implementation of new projects. • Ability to create digital strategy roadmaps through research and planning. • Ability to build and present educational materials for staff. • Excellent PC and HTML skills. • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
