Requirements

• 7-9 years’ experience leading multi-disciplinary teams • Expert creation and maintenance of project management approaches • Demonstrated ability to identify and win new business opportunities • Proven ability to train and mentor producers • Tact, humility, common sense, and maturity • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving • Consistent delivery and efficiency
