Description

• We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on millions of our players by overseeing the development and execution of high-quality gaming experiences. Your leadership will help us deliver exciting, engaging, and polished games that keep players coming back for more.

Requirements

• You’ll lead and manage the production of game projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. • You’ll collaborate with design, art, and engineering teams to create and implement game features that meet player expectations. • You’ll develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and resource plans. • You’ll monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep development on track. • You’ll facilitate communication between teams and ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals. • You’ll drive the development of innovative gameplay mechanics and features. • You’ll review and provide feedback on game designs, prototypes, and final builds to ensure they meet quality standards. • You’ll continuously analyze player feedback and data to make informed decisions on game improvements.
