Description

• We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on millions of our players by overseeing the development and execution of high-quality gaming experiences. Your leadership will help us deliver exciting, engaging, and polished games that keep players coming back for more.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in mobile game production with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. • Strong understanding of game development processes and pipelines. • Exceptional project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating team members. • Ability to identify and resolve production challenges quickly and effectively. • A deep passion for gaming and understanding of player needs and industry trends. • Experience with both Web2 and Web3 game development is a plus.
