• Proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space. • Minimum 3 to 5 years working in B2B Sales. • English as a native language. • Experience working with average deal sizes over $15,000 or more in B2B Sales in the Marketing Space (preferred deal size of $30,000 or more). • An average SQL close rate is greater than 35%. • A BSc. degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus. • Experience in Marketing Agencies, particularly crypto marketing agencies, is a plus. • Strong network and relationships in the web3 space (very Important). • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ensuring accountability and responsibility for streamlined operations through meticulous organization, disciplined execution, and rapid responsiveness. • Fostering collaborative environments to achieve shared objectives. • Minimum 6-12 months of remote work experience.
