📋 Description
• Shape, run and evolve Salesforce deployment processes. • Effectively manage Salesforce release processes. • Oversee end-to-end process of deploying changes and updates in Salesforce. • Continuously improve approach to releases. • Represent Salesforce estate at CAB approval meetings. • Monitor Salesforce updates and ensure team is prepared for releases. • Keep track of changes made to Salesforce and ensure team alignment. • Plan the release of project deliverables and release life cycle. • Coordinate release schedule and resources required. • Identify risks that can delay releases and manage them.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience working with Salesforce. • Experience in tool selection and delivery for deployments, alongside hands-on experience on driving improvements. • Previous experience working with release management responsibilities. • Previous experience working with GIT and branching strategies. • Extensive experience of CI/CD. • Experience in working with DevOps (asset) and Agile methodologies. • Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle. • Working knowledge of APEX. • Knowledge of traditional project management methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban. • Good understanding of application, system and Salesforce architecture. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
