• Focus on sourcing, recruiting and advancing exceptional talent • Responsible for creating an excellent candidate experience • Facilitate the entire hiring process from screening to extending offers • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment • Promote the company's employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience • Collaborate with the HR Team for new hire paperwork and processes
Requirements
• Must reside in the Greater Atlanta area • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience • Previous experience with sourcing, recruiting and interviewing required • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and full life cycle recruiting preferred • Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Team player who is willing and able to “roll up the shirt sleeves” to get a project done when needed
