• Support Operations Team in project management and communications. • Collaborate and help teammates while maintaining a positive attitude. • Support execution and management of company-wide projects. • Oversee key operational assets and manage quarterly audits. • Conduct research and produce reports. • Manage referral payouts and improve the client referral program. • Execute quality assurance and reporting initiatives. • Own and update the BELAY Program Dashboard.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. • Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy. • Flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work on a face-paced team. • Strong skillset in Google Suite with a focus on visual creation. • Prefer experience with Asana and prior project coordination experience. • Team player willing and able to get a project done when needed. • A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely.
