• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various methods, including online career sites, social media, community partnerships, networking events, and referrals, to source qualified candidates for open positions. • Candidate Experience: Provide courteous and responsive communication to all candidates, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. • Interviewing Excellence: Conduct thorough personal and/or phone interviews, meticulously researching and recording all necessary information for successful job placements. • Documentation and Submission: Follow established guidelines for proper documentation and timely submission of candidates for open positions. • Collaboration: Establish open and ongoing communication with Business Development Managers to ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates.
