📋 Description

• Benevity is the way the world does good, providing companies technology to take social action on the issues they care about. • We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented Solution Consultant to join our growing sales team in North America. • The Solution Consultant is a SaaS product and technology expert that plays a key role in the sales process. • The Solution Consultant supports the Sales Team in preparing for and executing tailored product demonstrations for prospects and clients. • To maintain their expertise, the Solution Consultant will be in a constant state of learning and development. • If making an impact matters to you, then read on! • The TSC’s responsibilities can be grouped into 3 main focus areas covering deal support, deal transition and enablement. • Deal Support includes preparing product demonstrations and expediting the Sales process. • Deal Transition includes working with Account Executives to document scope and support transition to the Implementation team. • Enablement is about maintaining product knowledge to provide the best solutions for clients and contributing to Marketing and Product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical sales support role • Proficient with Benevity Product Suite (Employee Engagement, Community Investment, Employee Groups, Reporting) • ability to present clearly and simply in an engaging manner • ability to speak to large groups and c-suite in a Sales setting • ability to understand complex concepts and explain them simply • understanding the problem that needs to be solved and deciphering multiple solutions • has a good understanding of SaaS Technology, cloud architecture, security, privacy and key terms and concepts • must be able to think outside the box and propose creative solutions to complex challenges • knows how to use tools to organize workload and has the ability to self manage time • is assertive in role to accelerate deal velocity and lead discussions for project completion • can build strong relationships and develop rapport with both direct and other internal teams • has a good eye for detail and can present information in a clean and clear way • has a good understanding of the Benevity business model • understands the fund distribution model, fee's, timing and basics of foundations • understands our international offering, tax effective countries, flow of funds and basics of technology and privacy • Google suite, Asana, Loopio, Salesforce
