📋 Description
• As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our clients. • Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions. • Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. • Generate and issue invoices to clients. • Verify billing accuracy and resolve any billing-related issues. • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records. • Administer the end-to-end payroll process. • Prepare and submit invoices to clients in a timely manner.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus • Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST). • High school diploma or equivalent.
