β’ This is a remote position. β’ Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable. β’ Retrieve banking information from banks and point-of-sale (POS) systems. β’ Reconcile AMEX accounts and ensure all receipts are received for every AMEX charge. β’ Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data. β’ Record and classify financial transactions accurately in the accounting system. β’ Prepare and process invoices for customers and vendors. β’ Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts receivable. β’ Assist with payroll processes. β’ Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management review. β’ Assist with administrative tasks including employee documentation and importing excel in CSV format.
