📋 Description
• Working closely with Senior Payroll Officer, responsible for end to end payroll processing and reporting for all companies in Australia and New Zealand. • Process all new starters and terminations. • Extract Payroll Information from Workday. • Proficient in Data Processing and ability to enter accurate values. • Maintain Staff records, Efficient execution of record keeping and documentation filing. • End-to-End payroll processing, collecting data, entering timesheets, calculating Termination and redundancy pays, Pay Adjustments and Leave Accruals. • Preparation and submission of Payroll Tax, PAYG, Annual renewals of Workers Compensation (AUS/NZ Country Wide). • Ensure Payroll compliance. • Good written and verbal communication skills.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel • Previous payroll administration experience with Australia or New Zealand company is highly desirable but not essential. • Knowledge of Payroll processing with ADP, MYOB or other payroll software is highly desirable but not essential.
