📋 Description

• Assist with the administration and continued development of licensing program • Interact with vendors and employees from various departments for compliance • Manage the creation and implementation of processes and procedures for licensing • Set strategic vision and long term goals for the licensing team • Maintain full-cycle leadership of the due diligence function of the licensing team • Advise internal stakeholders and vendors on licensing requirements • Monitor and maintain vendor licensing program • Review licensing and reporting requirements in controls and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience required • J.D. strongly preferred • At least 5 years of regulatory compliance/licensing experience with 3+ years of leadership experience • Previous experience in a highly regulated environment; gaming industry preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment • Excellent customer service skills • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts • Highly organized with superior attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to stand or sit, and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
