Description

• Lead the quality control efforts for Better Real Estate processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established standards and regulations. • Perform thorough quality assessments of transactions, processes, and calls/emails/texts identifying discrepancies, errors, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and implement process enhancements. • Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed SOP documents, ensuring accuracy and relevance to evolving business processes. • Develop and deliver training programs to onboard new team members, enhancing their understanding of the Quality Control process. • Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. • Drive data integrity by scheduling and conducting audits. • Prepare audit rubrics in collaboration with the senior leadership whenever new processes/teams are set up. • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities for all the processes across teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operations or Quality Control Analyst, with a proven track record of successful projects and process improvements. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify anomalies and discrepancies in audit samples. • In-depth understanding of the US real estate market, regulations, and industry standards. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate discussions, mentor team members, and present findings to diverse audiences. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a quick-moving environment. • Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills. • Collaborate with teams to constantly rethink and improve our processes. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong bias-to-action, practicality and effectiveness
