Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience as an IT Researcher/Sourcer • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) • Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels • Experience in Market Research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges • At least an Intermediate level of English • Excellent communication skills • High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability.
