Requirements

• 1.5+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing. • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific requirements. • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and AI sourcing tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a professional network. • At least intermediate English (both written and spoken).
