Requirements

• Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English and Ukrainian (C1+). • At least 0.5 — 1 year of the Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience. • Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions. • Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills. • Having an eye for detail and high work-quality standards. • Desire to advance in IT & AI. • Open, easy-going personality. • Previous experience in IT or service company is a plus. • Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus. • Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus. • Loving people and new technologies is a plus.
