β’ 5+ years of experience in selling ServiceNow professional services and/or solutions β’ Consultative sales experience (ValueSelling expertise is a plus) β’ Track record of meeting and exceeding quota and key success metrics β’ Ability to execute against deadlines and manage multiple opportunities at a time β’ Pipeline management skills, including proven experience of closing deals β’ Strong planning and organizational skills β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to talk to C-level audiences β’ ITIL and/or ServiceNow certifications are a plus
