Description

β€’ Customer Service Representative serves as primary contact for clients in hardship programs β€’ Provide helpful and caring customer service via high volume client calls β€’ Proactively identify and resolve client issues through active listening and critical thinking β€’ Develop and maintain positive client relations, collaborating with other departments β€’ Meet and exceed client centric performance expectations focused on quality of service

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 1 Year of Call Center Experience Required (High Volume preferred!) β€’ Bilingual - Spanish (preferred / not required) β€’ Reliable, High Speed, Internet connection (Required) β€’ Strong computer technical skills with the ability to learn and navigate complex systems β€’ Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) β€’ You operate with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy and kindness to customers β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and can independently handle routine and complex client inquiries β€’ Have a people-focused approach and solution mindset, you’re an effective problem solver. β€’ Effective at time management, planning & organizing tasks β€’ Ability to work from home in a distraction free environment
