•At Beyond Finance, we’ve made it our mission to help everyday Americans escape the endless cycle of crippling debt and step into a brighter financial future. •We are seeking a highly organized and proactive manager to report to the Vice President of Creditor Relationships at Beyond Finance. •This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of relationship management, operational processes, and communications to our partners and stakeholders. •The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and bring creative problem-solving skills to the table.

🎯 Requirements

•Proven experience as a business development, relationship or client relations manager, preferably within the financial services or debt relief industry. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. •Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to think creatively when faced with challenges. •Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office Suite products and other relevant tools. •Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism. •A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. •Familiarity with the debt relief industry or creditor relations. •Experience working directly with senior leadership. •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
