📋 Description

• OLIPOP was founded in 2017 by Ben Goodwin and David Lester. OLIPOP is a deliciously refreshing tonic that is crafted with prebiotics, botanicals, and natural plant fiber to support your microbiome and benefit digestive health. • We are looking for an Innovation Manager to lead the development and execution of our new product pipeline. This role will act as a key connector among Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Insights, Market Research, and Commercialization teams, ensuring that data-driven opportunities are identified and translated into commercially viable products. • The Innovation Manager will play a critical role in shaping pipeline strategy, spanning from price pack architecture (PPA) optimizations to breakthrough innovation. This position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for bringing new products to market.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy or related field preferred. • 5+ years experience in Innovation, Marketing, or Strategy within a consumer brand. • Strong ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources and translate them into actionable business opportunities. • Expertise in innovation pipeline development, including price pack architecture, incremental innovation, and disruptive innovation. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Familiarity with stage-gate or agile innovation processes. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. • Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure program success. • Familiarity with the OLIPOP brand. • Experience working in a startup/growth environment is a plus but not required.
