📋 Description
• Lead the implementation of Neo4j technology solutions using traditional, agile, and tailored methodologies. • Collaborate with customers, Neo4j Sales, and Professional Services management to ensure successful project delivery. • Bring expertise in database technologies and software development lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8+ years experience managing mid-to-large or complex engagements autonomously • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred • PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications strongly preferred • Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools (PSA), ideally Certinia • Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate consulting teams and customer relationships • Strong track record of effective communication and collaboration skills when partnering with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, support, legal, and HR) • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
