📋 Description
• Support the engagement of board members and community partnerships. • Coordinate board communication and assist with fundraising efforts. • Develop community relationships and implement outreach initiatives. • Serve as a key point of contact for board and young professional members. • Assist with scheduling and coordinating board meetings, retreats, and events. • Provide leadership for board-led initiatives including fundraising and volunteer engagement. • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and donors. • Support volunteer engagement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, or a related field preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in board relations, fundraising, community engagement, or nonprofit operations. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. • Experience coordinating events and supporting fundraising efforts. • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with teams. • Familiarity with donor/volunteer databases and community engagement tools is a plus. • Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
