📋 Description
• The Paralegal will report to our General Counsel and work closely with our finance department. • Provide virtual support from any location throughout the Philippines. • Expected to provide support from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required. • Paralegal certificate from an accredited program. • Minimum of 3 years of general full-time work experience. • Minimum of 2 years of full-time paralegal experience from the transactional department of an international US firm. • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (both written and verbally) within all levels of the organization and externally with tenants, vendors and other outside parties. • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision. • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. • Must possess a strong work ethic. • Must be a team player. • Yardi experience a plus.
