• BiblioCommons is looking for an experienced , mission-driven Director of Product Management to lead the product management practice, strategy, and delivery of our suite of SaaS products for public libraries. • Lead a team of exceptional Product Managers and shape what product management means at BiblioCommons. • Communicate directly with customers to develop a deep understanding of customer problems and deliver solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• 8 + years of Product Management experience • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management leadership role, managing other Product Managers across multiple products • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing , or a technical discipline such as Engineering, Science, etc. • Proven success in developing SaaS products from ideation to launch • Deep understanding of Product Management best practices • Strong product design acumen • In-depth experience with agile software development (Scrum) • Passion for technology and curiosity about new products
