📋 Description
• Responsible for maintaining and managing Postgres databases while providing support and guidance to clients. • Work with clients on technical troubleshooting and recommend solutions for EDB and PostgreSQL products. • Document solutions and create standards for customer and internal use. • Collaborate with junior engineers and contribute to the PostgreSQL community.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of significant PostgreSQL experience or equivalent knowledge. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge. • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL third-party tools (i.e., pgpool, slony, pgbouncer, etc.). • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal). • Exceptional problem-solving skills for abstract and complex issues. • Quick-thinking, able to work well under pressure. • Adept at documenting efforts, actions, and results.
