Description

β€’ Provide outstanding phone, email, and chat-based technical support in both French and English β€’ Develop solutions and utilize standard operating procedures to improve customer satisfaction β€’ Communicate with management and developers to improve product functionality β€’ Assist customers with common billing, invoice, and account issues β€’ Display professionalism in interactions with departments inside and outside the organization.

Requirements

β€’ Business level fluency in both French and English β€’ Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role required β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages β€’ Strong aptitude toward web and eCommerce technologies β€’ Ability to read or edit within at least one web language preferred. β€’ Must be flexible to shift work and occasional overtime in a 24x7x365 environment.
