Description

• Manage a dynamic team of admins and lead architecture and development strategy. • Oversaw Salesforce SDLC, ensuring development, testing, and deployment best practices. • Collaborate with VP of Technology to architect scalable features. • Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and define design patterns. • Conduct hands-on development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members. • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of Salesforce initiatives. • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM management, with a focus on SDLC and team leadership. • Agency experience a huge plus. • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. • Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, with a track record of successful implementation. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer) are a plus.
