📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of data governance frameworks • Define and enforce data governance policies and standards across business units. • Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Implement data stewardship programs and data quality management processes. • Provide strategic guidance on data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. • Mentor junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in data governance. • Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing candidates for data governance roles within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Collibra and other data governance tools. • Strong experience in implementing data governance frameworks and practices. • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance requirements. • DAMA (Data Management Association) certifications, such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional), are highly desirable. • Experience with emerging trends in AI and their impact on data governance, ensuring governance frameworks align with AI-driven initiatives. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with senior stakeholders and teams. • Strong understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, stewardship, and metadata management. • Proven experience with data governance in complex, large-scale environments. • Experience mentoring junior team members and helping them grow technically. • Active participation in interviewing and evaluating new team members, ensuring the strength and development of the governance team.
