Description

• Develop and implement policy and coverage strategies for oncology products. • Liaison between departments to secure coverage and reimbursement for tests.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a related science or health discipline. • 3 to 5 year's experience as a Medical Science Liaison or similar position in oncology. • 3-5 years of experience developing local coverage determinations and medical policy for new technology. • Expertise in discussing scientific content and context with health insurance companies, Laboratory Benefit Managers, and other technical assessment audiences. • 3-5 years of Payor Access experience within the oncology diagnostics sector. • Demonstrated ability to Identify and cultivate relationships with key contacts within health plans, including Medical Directors and medical policy teams. • Relationships and experience working with NCCN on guidelines and MolDX on coverage.
