📋 Description

• This role combines Project Management, Business Analysis, and Consulting to support Billtrust’s solutions and services across our platform. • As the primary contact for multiple, simultaneous projects, you will document functional requirements, technical specifications, and template designs while providing expert product knowledge and guidance. • The Business Consultant ensures that all deliverables meet the highest standards, driving client and partner satisfaction. • Manage resources, schedules, and project quality through the full lifecycle (discovery, analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation). • Understand both Billtrust’s technical capabilities and client/partner business needs to deliver the best user experience. • Projects typically include providing insights and recommendations during implementations, optimizing existing solutions, and supporting partnerships with product updates. • This role may also require travel to client sites and industry trade shows as needed. • Provide expert advice and recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale technical projects (full lifecycle). • Consulting experience is preferred. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to navigate complex situations independently. • Proven ability to resolve issues, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders. • Quick adaptability to organizational structures, product offerings, and configurations. • Strong risk and issue management capabilities. • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash process and prior customer-facing roles is a plus. • ERP integration experience is a plus. • Experience in content creation (blogs, articles, etc.) or public speaking is a plus.
