📋 Description

• As the Compensation Analyst, provide expert guidance on compensation. • Act as a strategic business partner to enhance employee experience. • Drive innovation in Reward & Recognition programs. • Oversee annual benchmark cycles for competitive advantage. • Support organizational structure development with Talent Business Partners. • Ensure recruitment pay practices align with competitive philosophy. • Lead total rewards-related initiatives and requests organization-wide. • Manage key projects for job levels within job architecture framework. • Administer salary ranges, benchmarks, and job levels. • Facilitate annual and mid-year compensation planning process. • Oversee Short Term and Long Term Incentive Plans. • Participate in salary surveys and evaluate market data sources. • Update compensation databases and recommend enhancements. • Deliver impactful compensation training to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of well-rounded Compensation experience in a fast-growing organization. • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and guide senior leadership. • Proven ability to consult with key partners. • Deep knowledge of competitive compensation practices. • Collaborative mindset and passion for teamwork. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Experience in Technology or Fin-Tech industry is preferred. • Familiarity with equity compensation and/or stock plan administration is a bonus. • Relevant certifications like CCP, CBP, GRP, and/or CEBS are a plus.
