Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations, ideally within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry. • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency mining industry and Binance Pool products and services. • Proven experience in managing relationships with high-value clients (VIPs), partners, and vendors. • Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure project success. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with mining hash rate and other technical aspects of the cryptocurrency mining ecosystem is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
