Requirements

• Minimum of 12-15 years' experience in litigation and investigations, ideally within the technology or financial services sectors. • Significant international experience (APAC, EMEA) is advantageous. • Demonstrate a proven track record in spearheading extensive legal operations and managing high-stakes litigation. • Possess excellent mastery of the English language, both in written and spoken form. • Manifest the ability to excel in a high-intensity, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple high-priority tasks concurrently. • Experience in dealing effectively with regulatory inquiries, processing information requests, and leading investigations is a significant advantage. • Display a keen interest in the cryptocurrency industry and its evolving landscape. • Exhibit solid legal technical expertise coupled with astute business acumen and people management skills. • Demonstrate a hands-on approach to work, showcasing independence in steering complex project management. • Have the ability to ideate and implement innovative solutions to manage risks and navigate disputes. • Possess excellent legal drafting abilities and strong skills in interpreting diverse legal documents and laws.
