Description

• BioMarin is a global biotechnology company focused on genetic discoveries for new medicines • Internship spans 10 - 12 weeks providing industry experience and project involvement • Position reports to Sales and Operations Planning Director in Global Supply Chain • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and SAP team on S&OP Playbook updates • Conduct interviews and gather information for S&OP Playbook revision • Lead and present updates to relevant stakeholders • Partner with training specialists for appropriate course assignments • Support leadership planning awareness and training

Requirements

• Supply chain background • Presentation preparation and delivery • Microsoft Suite • Power BI tool building • Undergraduate student in their 3rd or 4th year or Master’s candidate, majoring in supply chain with industrial design background or relevant experiences • Must be available to work full time, 40 hours a week • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. based university or college and enrolled in the fall term after the completion of the internship OR have graduated within 1 year of the start of the program • Must be able to relocate if necessary and work at the designated site for the duration of the internship for on-site, hybrid roles.
