📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • PSC Software, a division of PSC Biotech, is a leading provider of cutting-edge, cloud-based quality management and regulatory compliance solutions. • Our software helps organizations streamline processes, ensure compliance, and improves overall efficiency, delivering exceptional value to our clients. • With specialization in meeting the needs of pharmaceutical, medical device, and other highly regulated industries. • At PSC Software, we are passionate about providing innovative software solutions that empower businesses to achieve their full potential. • This is an entry-level position. • Our Sales Development Representative is responsible for expanding PSC Software’s international business opportunities. • As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in the future expansion of PSC Software into new markets and the long-term success of the software division. • This role is an outstanding opportunity to learn and grow as a salesperson in the competitive and technical life sciences industry. • Make outbound sales calls, effectively engaging with new prospects to present PSC Software products and solutions. • Develop creative email campaigns in your assigned region to supplement outbound calls to new prospects. • Assist in the development and execution of other unique outreach campaigns. • Manage your prospects as you cultivate relationships to generate leads for PSC Software’s field sales team. • Work with Account Executives to contact prospects before and after events like trade shows and conferences. • Work with marketing and business development to build creative and informative materials to send to prospects and clients. • Collaborate with Account Executives to incorporate target companies into your outreach cadence. • Generate sales reports when required. • Document all sales activities in CRM system. • Travel as needed is required. • Additional responsibilities as required in order to support overall goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related. • 0-2 years of relevant experience within sales, business development, and client relationship management. • A demonstrated passion for sales and technology. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong drive to learn and succeed. • Goal and results oriented. • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills. • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to travel. • Travel to tradeshow events is required. • Occasional on-site requirement.
