Description

• Identify and qualify high-potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries. • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points, aligning them with Bird’s CRM and communication solutions. • Accurately assess lead quality and pass qualified leads to Account Executives for further action. • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and ensure timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel. • Provide information and context about leads, contributing to the closing process. • Use CRM software to manage lead information, track activity, and ensure data accuracy throughout the sales process. • Leverage sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential opportunities and reach prospects effectively.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales or lead generation. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on listening and understanding customer needs. • Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performance sales environment. • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Bird preferred) and sales enablement tools.
