• Develop and implement onboarding strategies for Pre-VIP and VIP players • Manage special welcome bonuses and promotions • Engage Pre-VIP and VIP players through calls and emails • Identify cross-selling opportunities • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Monitor key player retention metrics • Provide feedback to product development team • Work with customer support team to address player concerns • Prepare regular reports on performance
🎯 Requirements
