📋 Description
• Responsible for developing and executing effective promotional strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. • Develop and implement innovative promotional strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation. • Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing messages and promotions. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. • Monitor key retention metrics and KPIs, such as churn rate, reactivation rate, and customer satisfaction. • Work closely with the product development team and the customer support team to optimize retention initiatives. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP players and high-value customers.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Promotion Manager in the iGambling or Betting industry. • Strong knowledge and understanding of the iGambling and Betting landscape, including industry trends, player preferences, and regulatory considerations. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. • Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed marketing decisions. • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset. • A passion for the iGambling and Betting industry and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
