🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. • 3-7+ years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, or finance. • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and sales compensation tools (e.g., Xactly, Anaplan, Callidus, Varicent). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. • Ability to communicate complex compensation structures to stakeholders at all levels.
