• Consult with the client to understand and document the business and content related problems. • Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide the client through the implementation of a Seismic solution. • Enable the organization for the change management required to drive successful outcomes. • Provide support and ongoing services for existing clients in accordance with SLAs. • Assist with conducting on-site and virtual training with clients as necessary. • Project manage engagements as needed.
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, asset management marketing, sales operations, or a related field. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. • Proven client-facing experience with the ability to influence and manage expectations. • Experience in managing client expectations, providing strategic guidance, and driving successful outcomes. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to understand client use-cases and desired outcomes. • Ability to architect solutions based on customer requirements using the capabilities of Seismic. • Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise. • Advanced proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
